This remodel focused on refining a home that had an overly distracting modern flair, reworking it into a more elevated and cohesive expression of contemporary design. The goal was to retain the spirit of modernism while softening and grounding the space through thoughtful contrast and materiality. Rich tonal variation—through tile, wood, custom cabinetry, and marble—added depth and visual interest, while unique furniture pieces in linen, velvet, and natural stone brought texture and warmth. Select architectural elements were preserved, but reimagined to feel more intentional and harmonious. The result is a home that now feels inviting, balanced, and beautifully livable—modern, but with soul.
